Nurse and Deputy Department Head (60-80%)

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the department head, you are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the staff
• You provide professional support and guidance to trainees and nursing staff
• You ensure the quality of care at all times and optimise the care process as needed
• The workload can be chosen between 60-80%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a nurse HF
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• You have already gained experience in long-term care and have leadership training or the motivation to complete it
• Do you also consider yourself empathetic, thoughtful, and cooperative?
