Team Leader: Non-Cash Payment Methods

Tasks

Professional and personnel management of the team
Responsibility for projects related to IT solutions in the field of electronic payment transactions, including ensuring operation, functionality and 3rd-level support
Procurement and further development of solutions for cashless payments in physical retail outlets and eCommerce
Evaluation, introduction and support of new payment methods, eProducts, gift cards and vouchers as well as monitoring technical and commercial market developments
Coordination and negotiations with internal and external partners (including suppliers, acquirers) as well as representing Coop’s interests in the technical working group ep2

Completed studies in business informatics or business administration with professional experience
Experience in payment and finance is an advantage
Open and approachable personality with good communication skills
Confident and articulate negotiator
