The Socioculture office is part of the Society Department of the city of Wädenswil. Its goal is to ensure that residents participate in social processes and can lead an independent and responsible life. As of March 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a
for neighborhood and meeting point work as well as the establishment of the Volunteer Coordination Office with a focus on the elderly.
Your areas of responsibility include
- Initiating and supporting participatory projects and offers for senior citizens
- Initiating and supporting participatory projects in the neighborhoods
- Supporting volunteers in planning and implementing low-threshold sociocultural events and offers
- Establishing the Volunteer Coordination Office with a focus on the elderly
- Public relations and networking with relevant actors
- Close collaboration with the team of the Socioculture office

- Completed education in social work (FH/HF) or comparable qualification
- Competence in project work and methods of sociocultural animation
- Enjoy working with people of all ages, especially seniors
