Our established and versatile group practice directly at Aarau train station is a dynamic health center that provides patients with comprehensive care at the highest medical level. On three modern equipped floors, we offer a wide range of general and specialist medical services. Due to the retirement of our long-standing chief physician, we are looking for an experienced individual to lead our team into the future with visionary leadership and medical expertise.

Your challenging and versatile responsibilities:

In this key position, you bear full economic and personnel responsibility for our practice operations.

• Medical & Professional Leadership: You drive medical quality and innovation forward and ensure first-class patient-centered care.
• Personnel Management (approx. 27 employees): You responsibly and purposefully lead, motivate, and develop our multiprofessional team of about 12 doctors (general practitioners and specialists) and 15 medical practice assistants (MPAs).
• Economic Responsibility: You manage the economic affairs of the practice, are responsible for budgets, optimize processes, and thus sustainably secure the practice's success.
• Strategic Development: You shape the strategic direction of the practice, identify growth opportunities, and implement them.
• Communication & Networking: You maintain and expand our network with doctors, hospitals, and other service providers and are a professional ambassador for our practice.

What you bring:

• Several years of experience as a general practitioner
• Completed specialist certificate in General Internal Medicine (FMH)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Switzerland, with in-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Several years of proven leadership experience in a senior position in the medical field
• An economic mindset and enjoyment of entrepreneurial responsibility
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident, motivating personality
• High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Fluent German skills as well as English spoken and written
