? Job Objective

Ensuring a smooth production and logistics process in the processing of fruits as well as in the deep-freeze warehouse while complying with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

? Main Tasks

Production

• Processing and preparation of fruits (e.g. cutting, sorting, packaging)
  
• Operation and monitoring of production equipment
  
• Ensuring product quality according to internal specifications
  
• Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
  

Warehouse & Logistics

• Storage and retrieval of goods in the deep-freeze warehouse
  
• Picking and preparing orders
  
• Checking incoming and outgoing goods
  
• Assisting with inventories
  

General Activities

• Cleaning of equipment and work areas
  
• Support with maintenance work
  
• Compliance with safety regulations
  
• Collaboration with production, logistics, and quality assurance
