Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Management of demanding HR IT projects to achieve project results and procedural goals during all project phases
- Analysis and definition of requirements in close collaboration with HR teams and relevant stakeholders
- Selection, integration, and optimization of IT solutions and technologies for the company's HR needs
- Coordination and communication between the various stakeholders
- Profitably applying your experience and knowledge in project management
What You Bring to This Position
- Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration, business informatics, computer science, human resource management, or comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in managing HR IT projects with proven project successes
- CAS/MAS in project management or certification (such as HERMES Advanced, IPMA Level B/C, or PMI) in project management is an advantage
- Confident appearance, strong teamwork skills, high independence, and strong social competence
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR technologies, processes, and best practices
