Look forward to a meaningful medical role where you can make an immediate impact: Together with an experienced Medical Practice Assistant (MPA), you will visit residential and care homes in the Bern area. There, you will conduct your rounds independently and accompany the residents personally, with empathy and a commitment to high-quality medical care.

Your workload adapts to your life: anything from 40-100% is possible - you choose the employment level that suits your personal needs and life situation.

This modern home doctor practice operates at three locations in Switzerland and provides medical care for various long-term care institutions. In Bern, you will join a collegial team of currently nine dedicated doctors - the team is growing and looks forward to your application!

Your responsibilities:

• Conducting medical rounds in various residential and care homes in the Bern area
• Supporting and medically advising elderly people with the aim of preserving their autonomy for as long as possible
• Close collaboration with nursing staff, relatives and other parties to ensure coordinated care
• Early detection and treatment of changes in health status to promote quality of life and stability in daily living

Your skills:

• Empathy and strong communication skills to address the individual needs of older people
• Independent and organised working style to manage your day efficiently and confidently across changing locations
• Interdisciplinary thinking and teamwork to find optimal solutions in close exchange with nursing staff, relatives and other professionals
• Experience in geriatrics or interest in elderly medicine, combined with a holistic view of health, quality of life and autonomy in old age
