- Leadership and motivation of the on-site team

- Coordination and communication with clients, planners, and project managers
- Responsibility for material procurement and effective personnel deployment
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electrician EFZ
- Further training as a site manager or several years of leadership experience in construction
- Strong leadership skills and assertiveness
- High organisational talent combined with entrepreneurial thinking
- Driving licence category B is mandatory
