Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 180 living places available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
The residential group HH3 offers living space for ten adults with cognitive impairments and partly additional nursing support needs. It enables an individual lifestyle in a protected yet activating environment with personal support, structure, and participation in everyday life. An interdisciplinary team ensures resource-oriented care, professional nursing, and reliable key worker support. Varied activities as well as a stable, appreciative environment promote the quality of life, development, and social participation of the clients.

What distinguishes you
- Training as a care specialist EFZ, health specialist EFZ, or social pedagogue HF is desirable
- Experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments as well as in nursing situations
- Appreciative, empathetic, and resource-oriented attitude as well as joy in relationship work
- Outgoing personality with a good sense of humor
