What is my role?

• Quality-conscious production of plant extracts and plant liquid products through the steps of aqueous-alcoholic extraction, product-dependent purification, concentration, and pasteurisation

• Monitoring and documenting the entire manufacturing process under GMP

• Conversion and setup of various production plants

• Independent troubleshooting in the manufacturing process

• Conducting physical quality measurements during ongoing production

• Support in product and process optimisation

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a food, brewing or beverage technologist, chemical technician or with comparable qualification

• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or food sector

• Knowledge in controlling plants via control and regulation devices

• Forklift licence desirable or willingness to obtain a forklift licence

• Good technical understanding and analytical thinking

• Independent, reliable and precise way of working

• Flexibility and team spirit

• Knowledge of MS Office as well as ERP and documentation systems

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, level B2
