Tasks & Responsibilities
1st Level Support for hardware and software issues – on-site, by phone, or via remote access
Processing support tickets including prioritization, documentation, and follow-up
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Support for system and software rollouts, migrations, and updates
Creation and maintenance of documentation, instructions, and FAQs
Setting up and ensuring the functionality of meeting rooms and presentation technology
Profile & Requirements
Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ, or equivalent qualification)
Experience in ICT support (1st and 2nd level / VIP support)
Strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Strong service and customer orientation as well as a solution-oriented working style
Team player with a high sense of responsibility and discretion
Willingness to work on-call and irregular hours
