For our Dielsdorf location we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
HR Generalist / Executive Assistant (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your Area of Responsibility
In this hub function, you combine classic human resources with demanding assistant work:
- Direct support of the management: Proactive administrative relief of the management as well as participation in strategic and operational special projects.
- HR administration: Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (entry to exit), preparation of contracts, references and agreements as well as management of personnel files.
- Interface function: First point of contact for employees, management and external partners on administrative issues.
- Payroll & time management: Ensuring correct recording of hours and performance as well as preparation of payroll runs in cooperation with the group’s external payroll office.
- Recruiting & support: Coordination in the recruitment process and support of the HR management in day-to-day business.
- Process optimisation: Active participation in the further development of internal HR structures and processes.
Your Profile
- Background: Commercial basic training as well as successfully completed further training as an HR assistant.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable dual function (HR or assistance).
- Working method: You work precisely, are resilient and characterised by a high level of discretion as well as pronounced organisational skills.
- IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of Abacus is a significant advantage.
- Languages: Fluent German (spoken and written)
