Take responsibility: Overall responsibility for professional, personnel, and organizational leadership.
- Be present: You are present in the departments, support and promote your team, and ensure high care quality as well as functioning processes.
- Forward-looking planning: You ensure needs-based personnel deployment planning, taking into account the needs of the residents and the team.
- Innovation and quality: You further develop processes, concepts, and quality standards and ensure their implementation.
- Representation and collaboration: You represent your colleague at the Haus Lindenhügel location.
- You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH.
- You have completed solid leadership training and can demonstrate several years of practical and leadership experience.
- As a confident, resilient, and solution-oriented personality, you are characterized by your high social and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of BESA and RAI is mandatory.
