Job Description

• Leadership and further development of employees
• Deployment planning according to production capacity
• Planning, monitoring, and control of orders
• Coordination in case of machine malfunctions
• Planning and monitoring of material tests
• Participation in process optimisations
• Support during the annual inventory

We expect

• Completed vocational training (e.g. production mechanic, mechanical technician or similar)
• Experience in leadership and process optimisation
• Affinity for the construction industry
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Reliable and responsible working style
• Willingness to work shifts (2- and 3-shift operation)
