Head of Asset Service (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Ensuring the preservation of asset value taking into account strategy, economic efficiency, plant life cycles, and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant operation including planning, control, and quality assurance of maintenance
- Further development and implementation of technical and organisational standards, key performance indicator systems, as well as SLA-based supplier and service provider management
- Leading and participating in projects, process optimisations, and benchmarking initiatives as well as supporting reporting, safety, and budget processes of asset management
- Personnel and professional leadership of 7 to 18 employees or 2 to 3 directly subordinate managers including coaching, target agreements, personnel development, and recruitment
- Active involvement in organisational adjustments and change processes within the Production division as well as maintenance and coordination of relevant internal and external stakeholders
Your Qualities
- Engineering degree (at least Bachelor level) or technical basic training with further education (e.g. HF) in mechanical and plant engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in asset management, operation & maintenance or facility management as well as project experience
- Sound knowledge in asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and technical and regulatory requirements
- Fluent German, strong communication skills, and driving licence category B; English and French advantageous
- Structured, independent, and resilient personality with strong assertiveness and implementation skills
- Team-oriented and engaging leadership personality with a sense of responsibility and willingness for on-call duties
