Employee: Intralogistics - Returns Department
Tasks
- Processing all returns as well as store returns
- Coordination and communication with internal departments, stores, suppliers, purchasing and customer service
- Booking and documentation of incoming returns in the system
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient returns process
- Organisation and coordination of internal transports
Requirements
- Training as a logistics specialist EFZ or commercial training with a strong logistics-oriented mindset; further training as a logistics specialist is an advantage
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
- System knowledge in WAMAS, SAP and Zendesk as well as good MS Office user skills are an advantage
- Business fluent German; French skills are an advantage
- Resilience as well as an independent and reliable working style
