About the job
Your Tasks
You plan and lead individual and group activities for our 48 residents in comprehensive care as well as for the customers of the 69 apartments. You carefully document and evaluate the activities carried out. You actively participate in special occasions, celebrations, and excursions. In addition, you take over communication and information about the activities towards internal and external stakeholders. Regularly informing supervisors as well as exchanging with the team and those responsible for Culture & Everyday Life in case of deviations or special incidents in your area is a matter of course for you. Furthermore, you share responsibility for the care, order, and proper handling of materials.
Your Profile
- Training in the field of care/activation (e.g., LeA, FAB, FAA)
- Proven professional experience in activation, preferably in the geriatric field
- Good German skills, spoken and written, as well as good IT skills
- Empathetic, conscientious, and resilient personality with good communication skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and humor
- Independence and sense of responsibility
