- I am responsible for the operational purchasing of cables, connectors, and electromechanical components – precise, on time, and cost-conscious.
- I manage the strategic purchasing and planning of packaging materials – focusing on sustainable and efficient solutions throughout the entire supply chain.
- I ensure stable material availability and make sure that our production and supply chains run smoothly.
- I conduct contract negotiations with national and international suppliers – professionally, reliably, and collaboratively.
- I continuously analyze and optimize inventories, procurement costs, and processes – for measurably better results.
- I actively support the implementation of our sustainability and packaging strategy – with ideas that conserve resources and create added value.
What it takes
- A completed commercial or technical education – ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing or supply chain management
- Several years of experience in operational purchasing – preferably in the fields of electrical engineering, connection technology, or packaging
- A strong interest in packaging technologies, logistics solutions, and sustainability topics – you recognize trends before they become standard
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA – plus a good command of MS Office
- Fluent German and good English skills – you navigate confidently in the international arena
