Professor: Cooperative Professionalisation for Inclusive Education 60 – 100%
For the Institute for Professionalisation and System Development, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement for the strategic teaching, research and development field "Cooperative Professionalisation for Inclusive Education". A central focus of the position is on transfer, implementation and scaling issues, especially in connection with the sustainable anchoring of coaching competences for collaborative teaching and school development. This is to be based on the foundations of this subject area developed in previous research projects of the institute.
Your area of responsibility
- Comprehensive responsibility in the teaching, research and development area in the fourfold mandate (education, further education, research & development and services)
- Professional supervision of project teams and promotion of young academics
- Dissemination in scientific publications, in the scientific community and in practice
- Bringing in your expertise in the further development of the institute, in committees and working groups
- Visible positioning of the HfH in professional debates as well as in national and international networks
- Assuming responsibility in the further development of the institute
Your profile
- Doctorate in special and remedial education, educational sciences or social sciences
- Teaching diploma or adequate reference to the professional field
- Proven knowledge of the Swiss education system and good networking
- Experience in the conception and management of research and service projects
- Proven expertise in scientific publishing and third-party funding acquisition
- High didactic competence in university teaching
- Leadership, communication and cooperation skills
