The Career, Study and Career Counseling informs and advises young people and adults on all questions related to education and training as well as career and career paths. For the biz Uster (Career Information Center), we are looking for a Career, Study and Career Advisor with a workload of 60% starting January 1, 2026. The position is limited until October 31, 2026.
A focus of your work is on initial training counseling for adolescents in individual settings. You work closely with secondary schools and conduct school house consultations. Another focus is career counseling for adults. Additionally, you will work in our information center.

- professional experience in career and career counseling

- competence in collaborating with individuals of varying levels of expertise
- good user knowledge of MS Office
