You have

• a completed HOKO training or commercial training, preferably HGT 
• Experience in guest and front office environment, preferably in upscale hospitality
• a pronounced service and host competence: proactive, solution-oriented, confident
• strong communication skills – clear, friendly, efficient
• Very good language skills in German, English, and French
• Routine in handling MS Office and modern hotel/reservation systems
• a high level of resilience and stress resistance, even during peak times
• a professional, well-groomed, and representative appearance
