Operator / Machine Operator (a) SMT Microelectronics Zurich City

Microdul AG in Zurich City specializes in high-quality microelectronics with around 100 employees and three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors, and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturized electronic circuits, realized in close cooperation with our customers - mainly in medical technology. We are looking for a new team member for the assembly department by agreement.

• Performing solder paste printing
• Populating printed circuit boards using an automatic placer including setup and dismantling (SMD technology)
• Preparation and processing of placement data for the SMD placement process
• Performing reflow soldering processes
• Printing substrates with solder paste or adhesive using screen and stencil printing methods
• Performing inline inspections with the binocular microscope according to IPC-A-610 guidelines

• You have a valid IPC-A-610 soldering certificate and several years of experience working with the binocular microscope
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good English skills in oral communication
• Excellent manual dexterity and very good fine motor skills
• High reliability, independence, and careful working style
• Experience in error analysis and process optimization
• Experience in maintenance and servicing of production machines (advantageous)
• Experience working under cleanroom conditions (advantageous)
