Project Manager Location Development Innovation
Office for Economy and Tourism | (80-100% - limited until the end of 2028 with option for extension/permanent position) | Chur
Are you passionate about the canton of Graubünden, economic and innovation topics? Are you motivated to actively further develop the economic framework conditions and innovation strength in the canton? Then you are a perfect fit for us! Strengthen our dedicated team as Project Manager Location Development Innovation (80-100% - limited until the end of 2028 with option for extension/permanent position) starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Taking on a central role in the further development of strategic foundations to promote the innovation strength and competitiveness of the economic location Graubünden
- Project management in the implementation of concrete measures to increase innovation strength and competitiveness in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Further development of thematic competence networks (e.g., Photonics, LifeScience, etc.) according to the cantonal innovation strategy and maintaining corresponding contacts
- Further development of the cantonal funding strategy and processing of inquiries and funding applications
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree, preferably in economics or business administration or in a technical-scientific field
- Professional experience in business, science, and/or public administration related to innovation topics, preferably with a strong affinity for the startup sector
- Solid business management knowledge as well as great interest in economic policy and economic issues
- Motivated personality with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Very good written and spoken skills in German and English as well as preferably knowledge of another cantonal language
