As one of the largest care centers in the canton of Aargau with 220 residents and around 400 employees, the Regional Care Center Baden offers professional care and support for people of all ages with its various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden AG will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations.
For the RPB locations in Baden and Wettingen, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed individual as of March 1, 2023, or by arrangement, for the position of
Activation Specialist FAB / FAA / LeA / FaBe EFZ (m/f/d)
Activation & Care Team, 80% workload
You will support us by:
- Designing and accompanying a varied, seasonally adapted daily routine for the people in your departments – together with the nursing staff as well as the activation and care team
- Representing your area in an interprofessional manner and taking responsibility for your assigned departments
- Ensuring meaningful quality of life and atmosphere
- Assisting in the organization and implementation of internal and external events
- Being co-responsible for the supervision of our trainee care specialists
You can convince us with:
- Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ, a FAB / FAA certificate from medi Bern, or a diploma in everyday design and activation LeA
- Professional experience in the geriatric field as well as in-depth knowledge in the dementia area
- Creative, versatile, and also willing to take unconventional paths
- Committed, a team player, flexible, and resilient
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good IT skills: MS Office, Pflegedoc
