carpenter with development to department manager / partner (m/f/d)

Tasks:

In this versatile position, you will initially work actively in the workshop and take on on-site assembly assignments. At the same time, you will be specifically prepared for your role as workshop manager, department manager and future partner.

• Manufacture of high-quality kitchens, tables and furniture as a bench carpenter
• Gradual assumption of workshop leadership with responsibility for up to four employees
• Complete handling of demanding orders – from pre-planning to production management to process optimisation
• Ensuring quality, punctuality and economic efficiency
• Active further development of structures and processes to sustainably strengthen the market position
• Assumption of project management tasks
• Support and promotion of apprentices

If you have the appropriate experience, you can already take on tasks as workshop or department manager at the start.

Important: Entrepreneurial participation is planned and part of this position.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ / carpenter EFZ
• Further training as technician HF, project manager, workshop manager, master carpenter, pre-planning specialist, production specialist, process expert or equivalent is an advantage
• Alternatively, clear willingness for targeted professional and entrepreneurial development
• Mandatory CAD skills (CADwork or comparable CAD programme)
• Interest in ecological building and high-quality design
• Entrepreneurial thinking, leadership interest and sense of responsibility
• Networked thinking, team orientation and high quality standards
