Key Account Manager National (m/f/d) 100%
Workplace: Dietikon / Home Office
Your tasks:
- Managing an existing customer portfolio
- Increasing utilisation and customer loyalty among existing customers through highest customer satisfaction and proactive development of cooperation
- Clarifying customer needs, designing solutions and selling a broad and innovative range in the areas of office, promotional items, break catering, personal protective equipment and hygiene as well as targeted use of services.
- Acquisition of new key accounts
- Ongoing analysis of the customer portfolio as well as creative and planned derivation of sales measures.
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (Customer Care, Category Management, Finance etc.)
- Participation in customer events and sales training
- Travel activity: approx. 60%
Your profile and achievements:
- Completed commercial basic training and further training as a sales or marketing specialist advantageous
- Seniority regarding sales and acquisition experience (preferably in a trading company)
- Very good administrative skills (efficient handling of tools and processes)
- Enjoyment of personal customer contact and strong self-motivation
- Analytical and structured way of working
- High independence, flexibility and creativity in implementation
- Native German speaker
- Valid driving licence
