Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an Assistant Manager Fitness Club (m/f/d) for our club in La Chaux-de-Fonds.

As a fitness instructor at PureGym, you always do your utmost to offer our members the best possible experience in our clubs. You also support performance improvement measures in the club and act as the right hand of the gym management.

What you accomplish:

• You take care of our members and accompany them in a friendly manner, spreading the PureGym spirit throughout the premises

• You apply the defined PureGym standards and lead by example

• You monitor all areas of the club and ensure that quality requirements regarding safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always met

• You keep yourself regularly informed about PureGym news and market developments and assist Gym Management in developing and implementing plans to enable your club to establish itself in the market

• You engage in promotional activities and support your club in distributing flyers

What you bring:

• You have a fitness instructor qualification recognised by Qualitop Suisse

• You have a strong affinity for sport, fitness, health, and sales

• You have very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2), other languages are a plus

• You are flexible, including for evening and weekend tasks

• You have a strong sense of responsibility and are ready to assume the deputy tasks of Gym Management

• You enjoy contact with customers

• You are motivated to take on new tasks

• You are autonomous and enjoy working in a team
