The Novotel Bern Expo presents itself as a stylish 4-star business hotel with 112 comfortable rooms as well as a meeting & event area as an "experience producer" for up to 260 people. The ibis Bern Expo offers 96 modern economy rooms, a welcoming breakfast area, and a kitchen lounge with bar. At the ibis budget Bern Expo, you will find 102 purposefully furnished budget rooms and a cozy lounge – ideal for guests who appreciate functionality
and an attractive price-performance ratio.

Barmaid/Barman 40% - 60% (m/f/d) hourly wage

What you do?

• You take care of our national and international guests from reception to farewell
• You ensure friendly, attentive, and efficient service at the bar
• You prepare drinks professionally and advise guests on their selection
• You independently perform all tasks in bar operations
• You ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards
• You support the à la carte service in the restaurant if needed

What you bring:

• You have experience in bar service
• You enjoy working with people and feel comfortable in the gastronomy sector
• You speak good German and English, French is a plus
• You are ready for evening and night shifts from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• You work reliably, independently, and in a structured manner
• You are open, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
