About the job
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established menu plans and the specifications of the establishment.
- Ensure the quality of prepared dishes while respecting hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to plan menus and supply needs.
- Control and manage food stocks and costs.
- Mastery of pastry techniques
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, work areas, and comply with cleanliness standards.
Your profile
- You hold a CFC cook diploma
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a high-volume or collective catering cook,
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a gourmet, VIP cook
- You enjoy working in a team and learning from others
- You are disciplined, punctual, and looking for a stable job.
- You master HACCP standards
- We offer you: continuous working hours from Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm
