Job description
The University Institute for Teacher Training (IUFE) and the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (FPSE) are opening a registration for a position of Assistant in the Didactics and Epistemology of Physical Education team in Geneva (DEEP.Ge) (Director: Prof. Benoît Lenzen)This is a 75% position including the completion of a doctoral thesis at the FPSE in the field of didactics of physical education, as well as teaching and management assistant functions in the same field.
The thesis topic will be defined in the field of didactics of physical education, with a preference for participatory research. It will be agreed upon according to the profile of the candidate and the skills in the team.
Required title and skills
- University degree in movement and sports sciences, educational sciences, or equivalent title
- Training and teaching experience desired
- Skills and interest in academic work
- Good knowledge of the didactics of disciplines, particularly physical education
- Good oral and written expression skills in French
- At least passive mastery of English desired
- At least passive mastery of German is an asset
