Our Rehabilitation Clinic Sonnmatt offers specialised musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation at a high medical standard. Your Responsibilities
- Leadership: Responsible for the personnel, professional and administrative leadership of our nursing team (40-50 people), the training supervisors and pharmaceutical assistants at the Rehabilitation Clinic Sonnmatt together with your two group leaders across two floors (musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation)
- Opportunities for Influence: As a member of the management team, you will play a key role in shaping and further developing the site
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely in an interprofessional team with other nursing staff, therapists and doctors
- Nursing: Take responsibility with the nursing team for high-quality nursing care
Your Profile
- Education: You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with the corresponding professional practice permit (BAB)
- Leadership Experience: You already have experience leading a nursing team in the Swiss healthcare system
- Personality: You enjoy working in an interprofessional team, think in a networked way and always seek solution-oriented approaches. Your positive, communicative manner and strong quality awareness characterise you as a person
- IT Skills: You are proficient in using common computer programmes (Outlook, Clinical Information System (KIS), planning software Polypoint (PEP))
