Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires an experienced leader to competently and insightfully manage the workshop for hydraulic systems. In this position:

• You take full responsibility for organising the workshop operations

• You ensure smooth workflows through skilful planning and coordination

• You ensure that all orders are processed on time and to the highest quality

• You lead and motivate your team to achieve top performance

• You conduct precise fault analyses on complex hydraulic systems

• You develop effective problem solutions

• You prepare convincing repair quotations for our customers

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed technical training in hydraulics (agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or equivalent)

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role

• Proven leadership skills combined with strong team spirit

• Excellent organisational skills and a high sense of responsibility

• The ability to assert yourself and communicate clearly

• A solution-oriented mindset and pragmatic approach to technical challenges
