Foreman/Construction Supervisor (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You lead and coordinate a team of skilled workers on various construction sites in the field of industrial flooring

• You are responsible for the professional execution of the work and ensure compliance with quality standards

• You plan the daily workflows and set priorities

• You monitor occupational safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site

• You are the contact person for the site management and coordinate with other trades

• You carry out quality checks and document the construction progress

• You support material disposition and ensure a smooth process

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a bricklayer, ideally with further training as a foreman/construction supervisor, or a comparable craft qualification

• Several years of professional experience as a foreman/construction supervisor in building and civil engineering

• Leadership experience and enjoyment of working in a team

• Interest in learning new things and specialising in specific areas

• Experience in concrete repair and with industrial floors is an advantage

• Driving licence category B
