Tasks
- Ensure smooth IT operations on-site, mainly in Basel and occasionally in Switzerland and Germany.
- Set up notebooks, monitors, and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain telephone systems and keep meeting rooms tech-ready for optimal functionality.
Skills
- Completed IT training with a federal certificate and 5 years of ICT support experience.
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
- Experienced in client hardware, printers, and general IT.

ICT Supporter (m/f)
Your tasks
- You are deployed directly on site – mainly in Basel and, in exceptional cases, at our locations in Switzerland and Germany, ensuring that IT runs smoothly
- You provide notebooks, monitors, and accessories, take care of consumables, and carry out inventory management
- Printers or label printers acting up? You get them running again
- You keep our telephone systems (Mitel and SIP) fit at all locations
- You keep meeting rooms, media rooms, and reception technically fit – and ensure the perfect look and feel
- You coordinate external partners and conduct inventories
- You pass on your knowledge to our apprentices and support them during the first 2 years of training
Your profile
- You have completed training in computer science (federal certificate of competence)
- You bring around 5 years of experience in ICT support
- You are very familiar with client hardware, printers, and general IT
- You speak fluent German and English; French is a plus
- You are resilient, reliable, precise – and tackle things pragmatically
- You enjoy direct interaction and move confidently even in a lively environment
- Ideally, you have experience in supervising apprentices or already hold a trainer certificate
