The program in brief
Duration: 18 months
Focus: Operational daily business with our customers
Goal: Taking on a leadership role in operations after program completion
Additional: 3-month international assignment within our group
What awaits you:
Assignments in the operational core business directly at the customer
- Working in various operational areas and services
- Close collaboration with leaders, site managers, and teams on site
- Early responsibility for processes, quality, and collaboration

Your goal after 18 months
After completing the program, you are ready to take on leadership responsibility in operations.

What you bring:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or comparable)
- Interest in operational processes and services
- Very good German and English skills
- Hands-on mentality, willingness to learn, and perseverance
- Enjoyment of working with customers and diverse people
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
