Due to growth, we are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by agreement:
Caretaker with a focus on cleaning 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks:As a caretaker with a focus on cleaning, you ensure the daily cleanliness, order, and maintenance of all indoor and outdoor areas of the site and contribute significantly to the well-groomed overall appearance of our properties with your trained eye for detail.
- You take over the thorough cleaning and continuous maintenance of the indoor and outdoor areas of the entire site – this includes, among other things, stairwells, entrance areas, basements, technical rooms, and all surrounding areas.
- You carry out regular window cleaning and ensure clear visibility and a well-groomed appearance of our buildings with a trained eye.
- You maintain the outdoor facilities, carry out minor landscaping work, and thus contribute to the attractiveness and order of the entire site.
- You ensure cleanliness through regular maintenance cleaning and consistently implement the applicable hygiene and quality standards.
- You monitor the stock of consumables such as soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc., and refill them in a timely and independent manner.
- You reliably and professionally carry out minor repair and maintenance work yourself – with the aim of addressing deficiencies early and preventing damage.
- You monitor the building technology systems, check their function, and respond quickly and solution-oriented to disturbances.
- You maintain close communication with internal staff as well as external craftsmen, coordinate appointments, and accompany work on site.
- You take over the winter service, including snow removal and gritting, ensuring safe paths and access even in the cold season.
- You have completed training in the field of caretaking, cleaning, or an equivalent qualification – ideally with a federal certificate as a caretaker (an advantage).
- You bring practical experience in the cleaning and maintenance of public buildings, residential complexes, or commercially used properties.
- You have basic knowledge in building technology and are able to independently perform simple technical tasks and checks.
- You work reliably, structured, and independently – even with changing requirements and without permanent guidance.
- You are characterized by high resilience and flexibility and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
- You enjoy interacting with people and bring a high level of service orientation.
