Function

Tasks

• Support and handling of complex debt collection and legal cases
• Written and telephone communication with customers and external partners
• Agreement and monitoring of payment arrangements
• Initiation and accompaniment of legal proceedings according to SchKG
• Clarifications, research and preparation of statements on open cases
• Processing of reminders, instalment agreements, bankruptcy filings and contract settlements
• Creation and management of powers of attorney as well as coordination with external partners
• Filing of criminal complaints in case of suspected embezzlement
• Processing of profit and loss applications

Requirements

• Commercial training or comparable commercial school qualification
• Experience in debt collection and leasing knowledge advantageous
• Very good MS Office skills
• Native German speaker
• French and/or Italian skills are a great advantage
• Responsible, structured, precise, conscientious
