About the job
What you can achieve
You are the central contact person for our raw milk.
- You plan our milk quantities and have prices, billing, and coordination under control
- You are out with the farmers, advise them, and ensure that quality and label requirements are met
- You organize and improve our milk collection tours and negotiate with transport partners
- You represent our location on topics related to raw milk and quality
- You manage our raw milk quality management and work in the HACCP team
- You lead the PMO office and support our sheep milk and Demeter producers
What you bring with you
- Experience in the Swiss agricultural environment or in a comparable function
- Good rapport with milk producers and a sense for clear, down-to-earth communication
- Networked thinking, initiative, and joy in taking responsibility
- Independent working style, organizational talent, and negotiation skills
- Advantageous: agricultural training or practical experience on a farm
