YOUR TASKS
  • Sanding metal parts for better paint adhesion
  • Masking and filling work according to drawings
  • Wet painting of metal and plastic components for indoor and outdoor applications
  • Executing and monitoring the drying process in the paint oven
  • Final inspection of painted components, if necessary, post-treatment
  • Professional training of apprentices according to the educational plan
  • Goal-oriented leadership and support of apprentices
  • Creating educational reports
  • Conducting trial apprenticeships YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Completed training as an industrial painter EFZ
  • Initial experience in training apprentices
  • Mastery of painting different color qualities and structures
  • Experience with 2-component paints, solvents, and water-based paints
  • Knowledge in handling painting systems, double diaphragm pumps, and 2-component systems
  • Good knowledge of reading drawings
  • Very precise and structured working method
  • Responsible
  • Has a respectful interaction with superiors, apprentices, and colleagues
