For our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company with strong roots in Switzerland, we are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Specialist (m/w/d). This innovative organization is at the forefront of developing life-changing medicines and operates across multiple therapeutic areas with a focus on bringing new products to market efficiently and safely.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex information flows for new product launches across international markets
- Risk Mitigation: Oversee milestone activities including regulatory approvals, code creation, forecast positioning, and artwork readiness to ensure successful product launches
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regulatory affairs, quality teams, and artwork centers to guarantee timely execution of critical processes
- Supply Chain Analysis: Translate packaging lead times, capacity constraints, and regulatory requirements into actionable risk mitigation strategies
- Process Ownership: Manage the Product Launch Requirements Process and review approval documentation
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of launch activities and ensure proper archiving of project correspondence
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication between supply planning, demand management, logistics, and quality departments
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in the biopharmaceutical industry with exposure to new product introduction or project management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably SAP or similar MRP systems
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, regulatory requirements, and commercialization strategies
- Language: Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven problem-solving capabilities
- Bonus Skills: Previous experience with pharmaceutical operations, planning strategies, or regulatory processes
