Your area of responsibility
Pure variety: you take responsibility throughout the entire care process – from counseling to care planning to support, always with the person in focus.

At home instead of in the clinic: you accompany young adults to elderly people through acute and chronic psychosocial life situations in their private environment.
Goal-oriented: promoting and supporting clients in dealing with their burdens and in independently organizing their daily lives.

Your profile
Education: as a certified nurse HF you bring this (or equivalent training)
Specialization: initial experience in psychiatric nursing is an advantage. If missing, we look forward to your willingness to further educate yourself through training – we support you in this!
Professionalism: with a lot of professional and social competence combined with a recovery-oriented basic attitude.
Driving ability: driver's license category B and own car.
Nice to have: knowledge of interRAI HC and/or Perigon.
