In this versatile role, you will support our internal IT department as well as our field support colleagues. You will take on various IT tasks and actively contribute to ensuring smooth IT operations. Your area of responsibility ranges from technical support in day-to-day business to participation in exciting IT projects.

Main tasks
- Preparation and provision of hardware and software for our clients
- Support of the field support team during on-site assignments
- Setup and equipping of workstations for internal employees
- Processing and support of internal IT inquiries
- Participation in IT projects both internally and with our clients
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft and Apple client as well as standard products
- Persistent and structured problem-solving in case of technical disruptions
- Confident and friendly demeanor with experience in customer interaction
- Independent and reliable working style
- Ideally experience with network installations and IT security
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
