Polymechanic - Project Manager

• Personnel and technical responsibility for the production team (carpentry, metal processing and pre-assembly with around 25 employees and 2 apprentices
• Ensuring efficient, timely and high-quality production
• Planning, organizing and monitoring production processes including capacity planning and quality assurance
• Responsibility for the optimal use of personnel, machines and equipment
• Planning and management of maintenance and repair work for smooth production processes
• Trainer for the training of apprentice production mechanics

• Completed technical basic training - polymechanic or metalworker
• Completed further training in production management, business administration (e.g. technician HF, production manager HFP) or equivalent
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in production, ideally in the metal sector
• Experience as a trainer and enjoyment in training apprentices
• Sound knowledge in production planning, quality assurance and process optimization
• Leadership personality with strong communication skills, organizational talent and pronounced team orientation
