Job Description

As a Commercial Sales Coordinator at JYSK Switzerland, you are jointly responsible for revenue and profitability in various product areas. You work closely with international colleagues and actively contribute to the further development of our Swiss market.
Your workplace is our Head Office in Zofingen, while your direct supervisor is based in Germany.
You bring commitment and have the following main tasks…
- Responsibility for defined product areas as well as ensuring revenue and profitability
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of campaigns across various channels
- Pricing of the assortment and co-designing an optimal assortment structure
- Analysis of sales figures and key figures as well as deriving and implementing appropriate measures
- Monitoring the market and competitors to ensure our competitiveness
- Ensuring the flow of information to our stores via internal communication channels
- Taking on recurring as well as ad hoc tasks in day-to-day business, especially within the framework of seasonal activities
- Participation in meetings and travel for coordination and market analyses (approx. 15–20 days per year)
To be successful in the role, you ideally bring the following…
- Motivation to actively contribute to the success of JYSK Switzerland and take responsibility
- A degree in a business-related field or commercial training with relevant professional experience
- Analytical and structured thinking as well as enjoyment in working with numbers
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Good time management and the ability to reliably meet deadlines
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ideally, good commercial understanding and interest in retail
