- With your knowledge, you advise and support internal and external customers remotely and partly on site
- You ensure the maintenance and operation of the IT infrastructure (internally and in the hosting centre) such as servers, storage, network, telephony, clients, etc.
- You are part of the team for incident and change management up to 2nd level
- You take on rollouts and instructions for new and updated applications and services
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft world (server and client) and virtualisations (VMware vCenter, Citrix)
- Quick comprehension, independent and precise working
- Strong team spirit and high customer orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as a polished and friendly appearance

Tasks
- You actively participate in the launch of new IT services from the creation of concepts and architectures to installation in the test and production environment- With your knowledge, you advise and support internal and external customers remotely and partly on site

Profile
- Completed IT training or comparable professional experience- Good knowledge of the Microsoft world (server and client) and virtualisations (VMware vCenter, Citrix)
- Quick comprehension, independent and precise working

- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as a polished and friendly appearance
