• You coach and lead a team at our locations in Oensingen and Hägendorf
• You are responsible for the further development of your employees as well as a positive performance culture to ensure team success
• You manage and develop the customer portfolio in the private and business customer segment in the catchment area
• You maintain long-term customer relationships in the region and sustainably expand them

• You are a strong leadership personality with several years of successful banking and leadership experience and are rooted in the region
• You are a convincing and inspiring personality with good communication and motivational skills
• You think entrepreneurially and act in a networked manner
• You enjoy direct customer contact and like to maintain sustainable customer relationships
