Team Leader Dispatch 100% (m/f/d)

who dispatches independently and at the same time has the dispatch and the two dispatchers under control. You manage the operational dispatch, noticeably relieve our transport manager and actively contribute to a smooth process of transport and event logistics.

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of 2 dispatchers
• Dispatching and telephone notification of tours in cooperation with the dispatch team
• Responsible for deployment and resource planning for the event and logistics area
• Coordination of the pickup and delivery process
• Recording, managing and processing customer orders (B2B & B2C)
• Creating invoices, evaluations and deployment plans
• Contact person for internal and external customers regarding vehicle and resource capacities
• Management of the vehicle fleet
• Active support and co-design of the further development of our operational processes

• Completed vocational training with EFZ in the field of transport, forwarding or logistics
• Further training as a transport/logistics dispatcher FA or several years of experience in dispatch/transport industry
• Leadership experience in a comparable function
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and occasionally on public holidays (no shift work)
• Confident communication in German spoken and written, good oral French skills
• High IT affinity and interest in digital processes
• Driver's license category B; ideally also C and CE
• Organizational talent with quick comprehension and pronounced teamwork skills
• Service-oriented, flexible, resilient and assertive with a solution-oriented working style
