Your tasks
- Welcoming our customers in the customer hall
- Determining needs by taking into account individual wishes and goals as well as recognising potential
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Conducting holistic advisory discussions with private customers in the areas of payments, saving, investing and pension provision
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognising and mediating further customer needs
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions and safe deposits
- Option to take on the role of practical trainer
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking qualification, as offered by CYP or other recognised institutes
- Professional experience in advising and selling financial and basic products in a bank
- Enjoyment of active customer advice and affinity for digital channels
- Confident appearance in customer contact through a communicative and trustworthy manner
- High acquisition, sales and service orientation
- Flexibility to support at other locations
