YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing the warranty and rework phase in the project
- Ensuring high fleet availability through structured fault handling and control of measures
- Professional and lateral organisation of employees at external sites
- Management of quality, deadlines, costs, and resources within the warranty order
- Establishment, organisation, and operation of warranty external sites according to contractual requirements
- Interface management between customers, internal departments, suppliers, and external service providers
- Ensuring material and spare parts availability including logistics coordination
- Preparation of status reports, deployment reports, and project reviews
- Conducting inspections and quality controls on refit and accident vehicles as well as overhauled bogies
- Validation of the technical solution for completeness (work instructions, materials, effort ...)
- Good contact with the customer and the corresponding Stadler external site managers
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed technical studies (HF/FH) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology or technical basic training with corresponding further education and several years of project management experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management, commissioning, after sales, service engineering or warranty processing in an industrial environment or a strong flair for organisation and planning
- Railway experience is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong cost and result awareness
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness in national and international project environments
- Good eye and high technical understanding for defect detection at component and assembly level
- High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced leadership skills
- Willingness to travel for project assignments within Europe
- Very good German and English skills (at least level B2)
