This is what you can achieve:
- You keep everything running – Handle tickets for malfunctions, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring all requests are processed quickly and reliably.
- You have the overview – Conduct control and inspection rounds on technical systems and in the buildings, including escape routes, and ensure everything functions perfectly.
- You ensure professionalism – Check reports and invoices to ensure all processes are transparent and correct.
- You manage the materials – Make sure the right materials are always at the right place at the right time.
- You are the first point of contact for malfunctions – Analyze problems, perform initial interventions, and fix malfunctions – also outside business hours on the on-call service.
